Hotel in charge was rude and did not bother about guests. 3. Hotel in Krabi did not have Lift to go upstairs and room was booked at 3rd floor. This should have been communicated by Funseasonal team prior. 4. We were made to stay till 2PM for check in even when we had communicated to Funseasonal team to book as per arrival time in Phuket. I am disappointed by hotel service. KrabI sight seeing and Phiphi Island tour.

but on the date of travel just as we were headed to the airport I got a Travel Voucher in which the schedules were bungled up and I verbally stated that so long as there is no deviation in the printed and mutually agreed itinerary shared earlier, I am ok with the trip. But certain things didn't go as expected, such as scuba diving. Thankfully, a local tour agent there helped optimize the trip for us. My suggestions would be giving a visual/video idea to a customer of what to expect from an agree itinerary. Otherwise the trip was fine.
